Welcome. Everything is already prepared for a trouble-free conference.

We have developed miscellaneous conference packages that include the exact services you desire. We reserve parking, book the suitable rooms and prepare the conference room according to your wishes and seating variation. All technical equipment is provided, as well as the facilitator's toolbox and all additional services booked. Our Conference crew is on the spot for further questions and particular concerns.

The all-around carefree package does of course include a proper catering. Tea, coffee, soft drinks – all in. For lunch we serve a healthy and easily digestible 2course menu. conference guests are welcome to use our Hafen Spa with pool,saunas, steam baths and gym in their leisure time - between April and Oktober feel invited our promising Lido Deck with Plunge Pool, daybeds in Ibiza Style and the maritime Lido Bar.

Creative breaks, exciting tours and sporting activities – As a matter of fact we do have many ideas for a suitable supporting programme to enhance your conference.
