Access Data/ Server log files

The provider (or rather the web space provider) collects data on access to the offer (so called server log files) for statistic evaluation and the purpose of operations,safety, optimisation of offers. Part of the access data are the following:

  • name of accessed website
  • date and time of server request
  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • IP-address and requested provider
  • Referrer URL (previously visited website)
  • Name of requested file and data volume transferred
  • report about successful retrieval

The provider reserves the right to retroactively screen log data if there is justified evidence of illegal use. The consolidation of this data with other data sources are not carried out.

Basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for fulfillment of a contract or contractual measures.

A complete data protection against third-party access by transmitting data, such as e-mail communication via internet is impossible.

Google reCAPTCHA

We utilize “google reCAPTCHA” (following referrred to as reCAPTCHA) on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.

ReCAPTCHA aims to verify if the data input on this website (for instance in a contact form) is carried out by an individual or an automated program. To do this, the system analyses the behavior of the website visitor based on multiple criteria. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. ReCAPTCHA evaluates various information for the analyses (for instance IP-address, duration of stay on the website, mouse movements by the user). The data collected during analysis is transmitted by Google.

The reCAPTCHA analysis is carried out entirely as a background operation. Website visitors will not receive a notification about the analysis in progress.

The data recording and analyses is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website provider has a legitimate interest to protect his web offers against automated spying and spam. The processing shall exclusively take place upon corresponding consent based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO; This consent maybe withdrawn at any time.

Handling of personalized data

By the use of the website confidential, personalized data is being collected, that allow for a personal identification. These include for instance name,phone number, address, as well as all data transferred during registration, payment processing, execution of a contract and the set up of a customer account.

This website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo.

We exclusively host Matomo on our own servers, ensuring that all analysis data remains with us and is not disclosed to others.

Facebook Pixel

To measure conversion rates, this website uses the visitor activity pixel of Facebook. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook’s statement the collected data will be transferred to the USA and other third-party countries too.

This tool allows the tracking of page visitors after they have been linked to the website of the provider after clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.

For us as the operators of this website, the collected data is anonymous. We are not in a position to arrive at any conclusions as to the identity of users. However, Facebook archives the information and processes it, so that it is possible to make a connection to the respective user profile and Facebook is in a position to use the data for its own promotional purposes in compliance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as in locations outside of Facebook. We as the operator of this website have no control over the use of such data.

Withdrawal, Changes, Deletion, Arrival Right

Within the scope of the valid legal regulations the user reserves the right to receive free information on personalized data,  their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing upon application. In addition the user reserves the right of correction of incorrect data, blocking and deletion of his personalized data as long as no conflicting interests with the legal retention period exist.
